Urban Sustainabilty

Reurbanise

Have you noticed the price of petrol going up lately ? This is just the beginning. Welcome to our future - a low energy future.

A future with a lot less energy than we use now. A future where trade, personal transport and consumption of all kinds will be happening on a much smaller, local scale. A future where most of the food you eat will come from within an hours biking distance (and where you may be helping to grow it). A future where cities might not be pleasant places to live - unless we start NOW to change to the way we live.

You'll find here a growing collection of resources and discussion groups dedicated to urban sustainability, sustainable computing and help and advice for your business, community, school or family on how to make the best of this low-energy future.

Check out the latest site updates at the Reurbanise blog.
